5th EPSO CONFERENCE - Poster sessions
18-22 April 2010, Finland
POSTER AVAILABILITY:
There will be a permanent poster exhibition and two poster sessions will be held.
Before the start of the conference, three poster abstracts per poster session will be selected for a short presentation. The authors will be informed well before the start of the conference.
During the conference, our poster jury will select three award winning posters. The award winning posters will be announced during the conference dinner and the author(s) will receive a price and a certificate.
Poster size and how to attach it to the poster boards:
The size of your poster should not exceed the following measures: 100cm wide and 150cm high.
The posters can be attached with pins.
Start abstract submission for posters: 1 September 2009
Deadline for abstract submission for posters: 21 February 2010
SELECTION OF ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
For each scientific session one speaker will be selected from submitted abstracts by the session chair.
Authors of abstracts that were not selected for a talk will be contacted and asked if they wish to bring a poster.
